Best Martial Art Wushu Movies

If you are a hardcore fan of martial arts or wushu movies, then this article is absolutely for you. Since being myself as the diehard fan of these movies, I thought it prudent to reveal to my revered readers a list of martial art movies, which according to me, are really breathtaking, thrilling, absorbing and awe-inspiring.

The below-described list includes the name of some of my favorite martial art or wushu movies.

1.True Legend (2010) – this is one of the best among my favorite martial art movies. Directed by internationally acclaimed action director, Yuen Woo-ping, True Legend is certainly one of the most recommended movies to watch for martial art fans.

2. She Shoots Straight (Huang jia nu jiang) – The movie, directed by renowned martial art director, Corey Yuen, is one of the most awesome martial art movies. Though the storyline is not very impressive, the action including amazing footworks and death-defying stunts will leave you dumbfounded with surprise.

3.Tekken (2010) – A decent martial art movie with a fed-up storyline. Dwight Little directed, this movie takes you to the inexplicably thrilling world of martial art. Jon Foo, to my mind, is one of the most fantastic martial artists in the world.

4.Yes Madam (1985) – When two powerful martial art ladies (Michelle Yeoh & Cynthia Rothrock) join hands together to fight against crimes, all the hell obviously break loose on the gangsters. Watch this awesome and terrific martial art movie and get the drift of what I am saying.

5. Fearless (2006) – The undisputed and powerful when challenges everyone for a fight, the apparent sensational and thrilling pleasure comes naturally. Watch Sifu Jet Li kicking ass and thrashing martial art champions mercilessly and fearlessly. Thumbs up if the movie saddens you in the end.

6.Crystal Hunt (1991) – Those were days when martial art legend, Donnie Yen was undergoing financial crisis. He was forced to act in low budget martial movies. This one is included among those low budget movies. However, the movie is terrific from the viewpoint of martial art. A great martial art action movie even with lousy storyline. You are advised to watch Donnie Yen’s other movies including City of Darkness. His movies are pretty awesome.
